Our Director

           Stephanie Ricketts is the assistant women's soccer coach at Adrian College. A graduate of Goucher College (Md.) with a degree in psychology, Ricketts was a four-year starting goalkeeper and was a two-time Capital Athletic Conference all-academic selection, while racking up over 300 careers saves. As a Gopher, she posted the second-highest save percentage in the conference during her senior season.
           Coach Steph has gained coaching experience at the Nike Soccer Camp in Baltimore, where she mentored athletes for three summers. She has served as a goalkeeper trainer for the Baltimore Bays '95 soccer club and the Parkville (Md.) soccer club. Coach Steph additionally worked as a personal trainer for goalkeepers in the Baltimore-area, developing and implementing training sessions based on individual skills and techniques.  Coach Steph has received her USSF `E' coaching license and her NSCAA national goalkeeper diploma


       Alan Febres,head coach of Digital Harbor "Rams" Boys soccer High School and Director of coaching for The Herring Run FC (Baltimore City club team). Also, former assistant coach of the Goucher Women’s Soccer and head coach of the UMBC men’s soccer club, member of the National Soccer Coaches Association of America, the Maryland State and Youth Soccer Associations and has a masters in Education with focus on Athletic Leadership and Administration.
       Coach Alan, offers over 25 years of experience as a player and coach. His career began in high school (Lima, Peru) and while playing for his high school he also played for two years for a semi-pro division II team. Then, in 1981 his family moved to the US where he played and coach for various division I teams in the D.C area. In 1983, he moved to Baltimore where his coaching career continued with various high school and local colleges
